
李嘉祥,1985年生,工学博士,东北大学副教授,博士生导师,土木系副主任,辽宁省振动工程学会常务理事。主要研究方向为输电线路防灾,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,省部级项目6项,横向项目3项,发表SCI论文20余篇,获省部级二等奖1项。
