Li Shengang, Associate Professor, Doctor, and Master’s Supervisor. He serves as Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Cold Region Rock Mechanics and Engineering Branch, Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, as well as Director of the Engineering Investigation and Geotechnical Engineering Branch, Liaoning Civil Engineering & Architecture Society. He is also a Distinguished Young Talent of Shenyang. He was a visiting scholar at Monash University, Australia for one year. He has presided over and participated in more than 50 research projects including the National Science and Technology Support Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and enterprise-funded projects. He has published over 40 SCI and EI indexed papers in journals such as Construction and Building Materials, Tunnelling and Underground Space Technology and Structures, and holds more than 10 national invention patents. He has won 1 Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and 3 Liaoning Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards. Additionally, he has been granted four honorary titles, including Outstanding Supervisor for Undergraduate Graduation Projects awarded by the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Excellent Instructor for Liaoning University Student Structural Competition, and Outstanding Undergraduate Supervisor of Northeastern University.
