Li Jiaxiang, born in 1985, holds a Doctor of Engineering degree. He is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Engineering at Northeastern University, and Standing Director of Liaoning Vibration Engineering Society. His research mainly focuses on disaster prevention of transmission lines. He has presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, six provincial and ministerial-level research projects and numerous industrial research projects. As the first or corresponding author, he has published more than 30 SCI papers and been awarded three provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological prizes.
