
Jingping Qiu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, School of Resources and Civil Engineering, Northeastern University. He obtained his doctorate from Northeastern University and currently serves as Secretary-General of the Liaoning Province Mining Education Guidance Committee and Chairperson of the Trade Union of the School of Resources and Civil Engineering. His main research directions include filling mining, comprehensive utilization of resources, and mining economics. He has led five national-level research projects, one Liaoning Province Major Science and Technology Special Project, and more than ten enterprise-level projects. He has won four provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards, including the Ministry of Education Technical Invention Award and the Green Mine Science and Technology Award, as well as five teaching achievement awards, including the First Prize of the Liaoning Province Teaching Achievement Award. He has been granted seven national invention patents, published over 100 academic papers (including more than 50 indexed by SCI), and authored four academic monographs and textbooks.
