Dr.Luo Jiayin is currently a Lecturer at Northeastern University (NEU). Her research focuses on the application of Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) data in vegetation monitoring, crop phenology, surface deformation monitoring, and ecological remote sensing.
In recent years, she has participated in six national- and provincial-level research projects, including the Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, participated in several European Space Agency (ESA) and Horizon Europe projects. As the first author, she has published more than 10 papers in high-impact international journals, including Remote Sensing of Environment (RSE) and the International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation (JAG).In recognition of her academic and teaching achievements, she was selected for national- and provincial-level postdoctoral talent programs.
