Prof.Dr.BaoNisha isa recipient of the title “Outstanding Science and Technology Worker in Surveying and Geographic Information of Liaoning Province.” She is also a member of the 16th Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
She serves as an editorial board member of Geography and Geo-Information Science and Metal Mine, and as Deputy Secretary-General of the Digital Energy Committee of the International Society for Digital Earth, among other academic roles.
Her research interests include environmental remote sensing, soil hyperspectral remote sensing, land reclamation in mining areas, and the application of high-resolution satellite technologies in national defense and military fields. In recent years, she has led 10 national and provincial-level research projects, published more than 50 high-quality academic papers as the first author, and received 6 provincial- and ministerial-level science and technology awards, as well as 10 teaching awards.
