
Chang Deqiang, Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Department of Safety Engineering at Northeastern University, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Filtration and Separation Textiles Branch of the China Textile Industry Association. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Filtration Research (CFR), University of Minnesota, USA. He has presided over one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, three provincial/ministerial-level projects, and one Green Manufacturing Integration project under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He has participated in more than ten national projects such as the National 863 Program, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and the National Key R&D Program, as well as over a hundred provincial/ministerial-level funded projects and enterprise-commissioned horizontal projects. He has participated in drafting five standards, including ISO international standards, national standards, industry standards, and association standards. He has received three provincial/ministerial-level science and technology awards and has published over 30 papers.
Main research interests: air filtration mechanisms, particulate matter control technology and materials, industrial ventilation and dust removal, occupational hazard control, mine ventilation network optimization and deep mine heat hazard control technology, etc.
