Lin Xiuli, Ph.D., associate professor, and visiting scholar at Particle Lab of Virginia Commonwealth University in the United States. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses such as Industrial Ventilation, and Principles of Accident Prevention, with Industrial Ventilation recognized as a first-class undergraduate course in Liaoning Province. Her primary research focus is ventilation and particulate control, having completed over 10 projects including national key research and development programs, national science and technology support initiatives, Liaoning Provincial Funds, and basic research projects for central universities. She has published more than 40 papers and co-authored one national standard and one industry standard. Currently, she serves as a member of the Ventilation and Health Committee and the Occupational Health Engineering Committee of the China Occupational Safety and Health Association, as well as an expert in industry safety for Liaoning Province. She also acts as a reviewer for international journals such as Powder Technology and Journal of Cleaner Production.
