Liu Wenbao is from Linyi, Shandong Province, holding a Ph.D. degree, serving as an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. His main research interests include: (1) Development and design of new flotation and hydrometallurgical reagents; (2) Enhancement technology of grinding-flotation systems for low-grade mineral resources; (3) Safe and efficient separation and process simulation of complex and refractory mineral resources; (4) Efficient utilization technology of mining and metallurgical solid waste. He has led 10 provincial-ministerial level or above projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and sub-topics of the National Key R&D Program. He has undertaken and participated in more than 10 enterprise-commissioned projects.His academic achievements include publishing over 80 academic papers, with more than 30 SCI-indexed papers as first or corresponding author. He has applied for or been granted more than 20 national invention patents. He has received 8 awards, including the Second Prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Currently, he serves as Editorial Board Member and Young Editorial Board Member of journals including Sustainability and Green and Smart Mining Engineering, and Guest Editor of Polymers and Separations.
