Xu Kaili, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Northeastern University. He is a National First-Class Safety Assessor and serves on multiple national and provincial expert committees for work safety, emergency management, and hazardous chemicals. He holds key positions including expert of the National Work Safety Expert Group, member of the Teaching Steering Committee for Safety Engineering (Ministry of Education), and deputy head of the Liaoning Provincial Expert Group on Emergency Management. His research covers system safety theory, biomass energy safety, hazard identification and control, and emergency evacuation. He has received several provincial and ministerial awards, co-authored textbooks including Safety Management, and published over 90 papers. He has been recognized as an Outstanding Young Teacher of Liaoning Province and Advanced Worker in Work Safety of Shenyang City.
