The Teaching and Research Office is a functional department that oversees the overall planning and coordination of the school’s teaching, scientific research and discipline development.

It takes full charge of the whole-process teaching management for undergraduate and postgraduate students. It formulates and revises professional teaching plans and talent training programs, standardizes curriculum arrangement, teaching operation, examination assessment and practical teaching, conducts teaching quality monitoring and teaching reform, and ensures standardized and orderly teaching for undergraduates and postgraduates.

It coordinates the application, whole-process management, conclusion and filing of vertical and horizontal research projects, manages research funds, academic achievements, papers, patents and award applications, and organizes academic exchange activities.

It leads the optimization of discipline layout, cultivation of characteristic disciplines and discipline evaluation, coordinates the development of faculty and research platforms, consolidates the foundation of disciplines steadily, and enhances the college’s disciplinary competitiveness and comprehensive school-running strength.
