李英华,女,1979年10月生,博士,教授,博士生导师,辽宁省第七批“百千万人才工程”万人层次,辽宁省高校杰出青年成长计划入选者,沈阳市高层次人才。主讲《环境评价与系统分析》、《水污染控制工程设计》、《科技文体写作》、《地表水污染控制与生态修复》。
